You may cancel services –(although we hope you won’t!) at anytime by providing at least a 30 Day written notice before your next billing cycle. Email / text are acceptable.

Because SEO work requires advanced planning, and has fixed expenses tied to each project, all cancellations require one final 30-day service period and payment. This allows us to properly wind down your campaign, complete active work and help transition your site for success.

If cancellation notice is received fewer than 30 days before the next scheduled billing date, the upcoming billing cycle will be charged and serve as the final month of service.

While we hope every client stays with us long-term, we understand that business needs change. We are committed to helping you move towards whatever direction is best for your company, even if that doesn’t include us. We make the cancellation process, clean, fair and professional.

By engaging Scott A Paxton SEO and/or RPA Corporation for services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this 30 day cancellation policy and final month service requirement.
